It's working!

Yesterday, I did a 30 minutes work-out. It is specifically for my legs and thigh. I want them to be tone-up. I found this exercising show on tv. Boy, I am so soar. I think I over do it yesterday, but glad that I did. Like what they said, no pain, no gain. I woke up this morning with my legs can't barely move... whoooaa! My work-out yesterday must be working. Thinking of doing it again later today until my body get use with working out again. I am sure if I do it everyday, I could fit all my size 1 jeans again perfectly! I tried so hard to maintain my weight, but it's like a roller coaster. It goes up and down. Which is frustrating!

So I came up with an idea that if I try to tone my legs and thigh, that will help me alot. So we will see! I am determine to do this 30 minutes work-out everyday to reach my goal. It's easy to gain weight but too darn hard to lose weight, haha! Hope this work-out will work for me and tone up my legs and thigh anytime soon! (crossing fngers!) Have a fabulous day!
