Ooeeyy Gooeeyy Pan De Coco!

I been craving for this kind of bread. We call it "Pan De Coco" in the Philippines. In english, sweeten bread in coconut caramel. I know that alot of you do not like coconut. My husband is an example. But if you grow-up in a tropical country like I do, then I'm sure you are a big fan of coconut! I decided to make some last night for I was really craving for it. Nope, I am not pregnant just missing the old days.. lol! Back in my high school years, I always want this kind of bread for afternoon snack. Anyway, this is perfect with coffee in the morning. Made 2 dozens because I want to give some to my friends.

Can you see the coconut caramel filling inside? Yummo! Hubby did eat some of this, but take off the coconut filling. He like the bread itself. Which was fine for me, LOL! Baking is my new hobby right now. I am working on it and hopefully, I will master it. I enjoy cooking as long as I am in the mood to cook or bake.. haha!
