"Pan De Sal"

After so many hesitations, I finally had the gut to make my own Pandesal.. LOL! This bread is famous in the Philippines. I grew-up eating this kind of bread for breakfast and afternoon snack. Eversince I move in the United States, I rarely have this kind of bread. Not all Filipino stores sell Pandesal. If there is any, it's mostly not my taste/style. It takes alot of practice and patience to make a pandesal. I been craving for pandesal, so I thought it's time to try. My favorite is the cebuano style, rich with milk and eggs. The recipe called for bread machine, which I did not have. So I have to use my muscular arms to knead the dough... LOL! It takes some time to finish the product.

When I saw my pandesal out from the oven.. I was all smile!!! hehe.. The hard work has been paid off. It's all worth it! The taste was just perfect! Yummy! Very moist and tasty indeed! and ohh.. it smells sooo good too! I am so glad I tried making my own pandesal .. now I don't have to worry where I can buy pandesal.. LOL! It's a keeper... loveeee it!
