Kegel Exercise
I happen to found this Kegel Exercise video on youtube two days ago. My, just exactly what I been looking! I've heared Kegel exercise before, but I wasn't sure how to properly do it. I been trying hard for my abdomen to get back to its original form, but I have no clue what to do. I did sit ups before but I found Kegel exercise just perfect to flattin lower and upper abdomen! I just started Kegel exercise two days ago and I already seen result.
My tummy started feeling a little bit tight already, which means it's working! I can feel my abdomenal muscles working when I did Kegel. This is the perfect abdomenal exercise ladies! Watch the video below and see how easy it is! This is perfect to all mommies like me, who wish her abdomen to get back to it's original shape. You can do it everyday for atleast 20 minutes. Not bad for a busy mom like me.. yeppeyy!

Kegels are a great start.
It is true that this is the area most stretched during our pregnancy, but you don’t have to settle for the post pregnancy belly pooch. This is an area that can be trained with the appropriate exercises and appropriate posture. I want to highlight the importance of posture in ridding yourself of the belly pooch. Realistically, if you think that you may exercise for 30 min. to 1 hour a day, you have to realize that the way you hold your body for the remaining 23 hours will have an effect on your body shape and tone. So even if you master all the exercises I will teach you that target your midsection, and you do them every day for 10-20 minutes, but you go right back to sloppy/untoned posture for the rest of the day, you are destined to keep your belly pooch.
I have spelled out more exercise suggestions for losing the pooch at my blog at www.hab-it.com/blog
Hope that helps!
