Muscle pain..
Huhu! My body has been aching since I woke up this morning. Wondering why? I did work-out yesterday, including sit-ups. The 30 sit-ups really soar my abdomen and shoulder. My goal is atleast 50 times a day, but since I just started again yesterday I only did 30 sit-ups. I don't wanna over do it since I just started again. I want my body to get use to it again before I move forward. The secret to flatten tummy is sit-ups. But due to health reason, I wasn't able to do sit-ups right away. I had c-section surgery 8 months ago, so I was not allowed to do sit-ups for a while. But yesterday, I finally started it. Boy, I sure need a massage!
