I am glad..
that our electricity finally came back. The block-out started sunday afternoon. We were out playing bowling when all lights turn off suddenly. When we went out, strong blowing winds was terrible. We had 80 miles per hour blowing winds for like 8 hours! No rain, just all strong winds. So we went home fast. Falling trees are all over the street. Police siren, crash cars in the street. No power! Boy, that wind was aweful. When the strong winds calm down, I thought the power will be back finally. It took about 48 hours before the power to came back! I was pissed, annoyed, name it. It was very hard to deal with because we got toddler and infant in the house. My boys did not like sleeping without any fan on at night. They are hot blooded kids. They sweat right away. That was the very first time that my son Elijah get so cranky. He was very sleepy but he can't go to sleep because it feels too warm inside the room. It was so warm that day until night. It was 2 nights of being sleepless. Terrible.. but thankful that power is finally back. Sigh!
