Happy 4th of July!

... to all of us! Enjoy this very special day as we celebrate United States Independence Day. My barbecues are ready for grilling and smelling yummy! We will not grill until 4:00 o'clock in the afternoon though. I am as well going to make some "pancit bihon" and "lumpia shanghai" for our dinner. It looks gloomy outside today. Our barbecue will still continue but we will not going to any park tonight for fireworks. The weather is not cooperating, so we hope we could still see some fireworks in the neighborhood. I hope you guys will have a blast 4th of July! Be careful to those fireworks! Cheers!
