So glad!
I am glad that my mama got back in cebu safely, after three weeks vacation in manila. My father is working there eversince he was on his youth days. Manila is already part of him and he prefer working there rather than in cebu. So yes, me and my siblings grow up without our father at our side all the time. He visited home every 3 to 4 months for three weeks or a month, then go back work. That's how tough! Even if my father work way too far from us, that didn't stop our communication everyday. He called almost everyday and we spoke to him at the phone. I used to be a papa's girl. I remember how happy and excited I am everytime my papa visited hom. We got bunch of presents from him, but all I care is for me to sit on his lap right away, lol! Once we saw our father entering the door, we hurriedly run and compete each other who can sit on his lap first. That's how funny we were, lol! I miss those days, when we were just kids. It makes me miss my family back home as well. Well, I do miss them everyday. But recalling the great memories I had on my childhood, I can say that I have a nice one and they are treasured gem in my heart.
