Me and my husband are so happy and proud to announce the birth of our new addition! Our baby boy #2 is finally here! The most anticipating moments of my life has finally come and I am so thankful that everything went well. Last friday, January 18th was my scheduled delivery via c-section. Just like my first surgery with eldest son Brandon, it is a mix feelings. Excited, nervous, and anxious to see my baby. Unlike normal delivery, c-section requires more braveness which I don't have, but I have no choice.. lol! The surgery went fine, so thankful to have a good doctor. It only took 2 minutes for the doctor to take the baby out and then we hear Eli's cry! I cannot explain my feeling when I saw Eli for the first time, haha! First thing come up to my mind was, he look exactly like Brandon, lol! It felt like giving birth to Brandon once again, haha!
As you can see on those pictures, he is NO difference with his kuya. They are like twins that has 2 years age gap, hehe! Everything are just the same, although Eli's nose is little bit pointy compare to Brandon's nose when he was born. But aside from that, Eli is a repleca of his kuya Brandon ^_^ my babies look more like me, lol! Elijah is definitely a baby doll! I really enjoy kissing and cuddling him! Smelling his baby smell is priceless! Staring on those big bright eyes and his baby doll face take my pain away. I can't get enough, lol! He is so precious and we love him so very much ^_^ He is such a cutie and adorable little one!
Anyway, mommy and baby are doing great. I am still soar, but fighting hard for me to recover really soon. Elijah is such a good baby boy. He love to eat and sleep like most other babies.. He only complain when he is hungry or when his big brother is making loud noises, haha! Brandon is coping good as well, he love his baby brother and curious about everything. He enjoy holding and kissing Elijah! It is a big adjustment for all of us here. But so far, so good. I am so glad it is now over and we are now home safe and resting. I would like to say "Thank You" to everybody who showed love and care for me and for my baby. Thank you guys! All of those thoughts and prayers are truly appreciated! I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I will be away from blogging for a while, but I will be back once I fully recover. Until next time!
