Which one do I prefer?
If you will ask me which one do I prefer between chicken, pork, beef or fish I will say FISH.. lol! I always love fish! I love chicken, pork and beef too.. but my favorite is fish ^_^ I grow up in a town where there are so many fresh fish and seafoods to choose from! Great thing is, they are definitely fresh.. yum! I miss eating fresh fish and other seafoods. I always love fish and seafoods eversince I was a kid. My, how I miss it. Too bad that this area we are currently living right now don't have any fresh fish or seafoods. I can find fish on the grocery store, but they are frozen and not fresh. It is limited too, not much to choose from. Yesterday, I found some salmon. I love salmon, so I bought like 2 lbs. I made it tonight as our dinner and boy, it was delicious! I have this great recipe for salmon, that me and my family are still loving! It is Brandon's favorite meal too. I fry the salmon with olive oil, just to brown it little bit. I also make a tangy sauce for it, that is made with baby dill and lemon. We always eat it with alfredo pasta. It really makes a great dinner! My boys love it and me too! If I want to buy fresh fish and seafoods, they are available of course. But I have to drive, like 2 hours to get it.. lol! Tough! Anyways, I am happy we had salmon tonight. How about you?
