I love you my Puto!
Hahaha! Yup! I love my puto, LOL! I been dying to learn how to make the perfect puto eversince I got here in the united states. I remember on my high school days, this is the kind of puto that I always ate for snack, lol! I am not sure what's in this puto but this is really one of my favorite. When I was pregnant with Brandon, I remember how I craved this puto. I cry out loud because I cannot find it here. I search online for recipes, but no luck. I just love this kind of puto! There are different kind of puto and I actually like them all, but this is definitely my favorite! I am so lucky to finally learn how to make the best puto.. hehe! Want some? Just go ahead and grab them all, lol! Brandon love it too, as well as hubby I guess.. haha! I didn't have the right mini cupcake pan when I make it, so I use foil and shape them like a mini cupcake pan, haha! Buy hey! Believe it or not it works! Just look at the photo above, they shape exactly as most puto that you can find in any grocery store in the philippines ^_^ great, huh? I ordered online for a mini cupcake pan and soon I will have it. Next time, my puto will be more perfect! I steamed them and sprinkle some cheedar cheese on the top. Yummy! Cheers!
